SASO Honors the President of the Military Industries Corporation

His Excellency Dr. Saad Al-Qasabi, Governor of the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO), honored His Excellency Eng. Mohammed Al-Mady, President of the Military Industries Corporation (MIC), in recognition of the successful completion of the technical support project for the operation of the Measurement and Calibration Center at the Authority. The ceremony took place during the World Metrology Day Forum 2024. SASO celebrated this occasion under the theme “We Measure Today for a Sustainable Tomorrow” at its headquarters in Riyadh, as well as at its branches in Jeddah and Dammam, from 19 to 21 May 2024. It is worth noting that the forum's program includes four specialized workshops featuring 14 speakers and presenting 16 scientific papers and national experiences in the field of metrology. These contributions are delivered by experts from various government and private entities, aiming to raise awareness of the importance of measurement and calibration in ensuring product quality and supporting economic development.
