MIC Celebrates Saudi Arabia’s Winning Bid to Host the 2034 FIFA World Cup

The Military Industries Corporation (MIC), represented by its Corporate Communications Department, held a special celebration marking the Kingdom’s successful bid to host the 2034 FIFA World Cup. The event coincided with MIC’s Annual Staff Gathering, which took place at the Winter Camp in Saad Village on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, under the patronage of H.E. Eng. Mohammed bin Hamad Al-Mady, MIC Chairman, and in the presence of directors general, department heads, factory managers, and a number of staff members. The celebration featured various activities including poetry and storytelling performances, as well as a showcase by a traditional folk troupe. A live broadcast of the official announcement of the Kingdom’s win was presented, alongside a commemorative media film produced by the Media and Communications Team of the Corporate Communications Department. Attendees also received special commemorative gifts prepared by the department in honor of the Kingdom’s World Cup hosting milestone.
