The Measurement and Calibration Center was established in 2017 and obtained accreditation from the Saudi Accreditation Center in accordance with the requirements of the standard (ISO 17025:2017) for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories on 04/01/2024 in cooperation with the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization.
The center aims to provide measurement, calibration, and verification services to beneficiaries within the institution to monitor the accuracy of measurement tools and devices and verify their measurement results in production plants. The center looks forward to a broader calibration field with lower uncertainty values.
Striving to achieve customer satisfaction and provide the best services in the field of measurement and calibration using the latest technologies and through highly qualified and trained employees to ensure continuous improvement in the work environment while maintaining customer data confidentiality.
Mechanical Laboratory:
The Mechanical Laboratory provides accredited calibration certificates in the following areas (calibration of measuring molds, calipers, micrometers, analog and digital measuring clocks, measuring gauges, surface profile measurement, height and angle measurement).
Electrical Laboratory:
The electrical laboratory provides certified calibration certificates in the following areas (calibration of scales, DC and AC voltage and current, resistance, capacitors, frequency, and calibration of tensile and compression machines).
Obtaining international accreditation:
On January 4, 2024, the Measurement and Calibration Center obtained accreditation from the Saudi Accreditation Center in accordance with the requirements of ISO 17025:2017.
